We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Sales Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both marketing and sales, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and building strong client relationships.

Requirements

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing and sales plans to achieve company objectives.
  • Identify and target new business opportunities to increase sales revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective campaigns that drive brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to senior management.
  • Train and mentor the sales team to enhance their performance and achieve targets.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 1 years of experience in marketing and sales, preferably in E-commerce & Textile.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
