Job Description
OpenWe are seeking a results-driven and experienced Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of key projects across our business. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing resources, budgets, timelines, and stakeholder communications to ensure successful project outcomes in line with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the full lifecycle of projects, from initiation through to delivery and closure.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Manage budgets, resource allocation, and risk to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Communicate regularly with internal and external stakeholders to report on project status and resolve issues.
- Coordinate and motivate cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, and business staff.
- Ensure adherence to governance standards, quality expectations, and regulatory compliance.
- Maintain detailed project documentation, including plans, logs, and post-project evaluations.
- Continuously improve project delivery methods using Agile, Scrum, PRINCE2, or other methodologies.
Requirements
Required Skills and Experience:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience managing complex projects in a business or technical environment.
- Strong organisational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong understanding of project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, Trello, or Asana.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or PRINCE2.
- Excellent risk management, budgeting, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Engineering, or related fields.
- Professional certifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, or Agile Scrum Master.
- Experience working in sectors such as technology, finance, healthcare, or consulting.
- Exposure to software development or digital transformation projects is an advantage.
