Job Overview:
As a Web Designer at UPLESK, you will collaborate with our cross-functional teams to design and develop visually stunning and user-friendly websites. You will have the opportunity to turn creative concepts into reality by creating intuitive and engaging user interfaces. Your work will be integral in enhancing our online presence and ensuring an exceptional user experience for our customers.

Collaborate with the marketing, development, and content teams to understand project requirements and objectives.

• Design and create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for new websites and website enhancements.
• Develop visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces that align with brand guidelines and industry best practices.
• Optimize web designs for various devices and browsers to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Continuously stay updated with the latest design trends, technologies, and industry standards.
• Implement design changes and updates based on user feedback and analytics insights.
• Conduct regular usability testing to identify areas for improvement and optimize user interactions.
• Work closely with the development team to ensure seamless integration of design elements into the final product.

Requirements

 

• Proven experience as a Web Designer or similar role, showcasing a strong portfolio of web design projects.
• Proficiency in web design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) or Sketch.
• Solid understanding of user experience (UX) principles and responsive design.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for web design implementation.
• Experience with content management systems (CMS) and e-commerce platforms is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• A keen eye for detail, creative flair, and a passion for delivering visually appealing designs.
