We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Builder to join our growing team and contribute to the successful completion of a wide range of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform construction duties including laying bricks, building walls, installing structural frameworks, and conducting general building tasks.
• Read and interpret construction plans and blueprints to meet project specifications.
• Work with various materials such as concrete, timber, and steel for structural and finishing purposes.
• Operate and maintain construction tools and equipment effectively and safely.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with project managers, site supervisors, and other tradespeople to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Carry out repairs, renovations, and maintenance work as required.

Requirements

Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in general building or construction work.

• Strong understanding of construction techniques, materials, and safety practices.
• Ability to interpret and follow technical drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery.
• Physical fitness to handle demanding tasks and work in varied environments.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
